Terms of Service
Eligibility & Authorization
- You must be authorized to manage the connected Facebook Page/App and to accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
- By continuing through the Login Dialog, you confirm you have the right to grant requested permissions and that information provided in app details is accurate.
Permissions & Data
- The Login Dialog may request permissions such as basic profile information and Page messaging scope needed to operate the integration.
- We process message payloads, metadata, and platform events solely to operate the integration and as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Access tokens and secrets are used only to serve your connected Page; you remain responsible for safeguarding them.
Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook/Meta policies.
- No misuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- No collection or processing of data beyond what is necessary for Page messaging and automation workflows disclosed in the Login Dialog and app details.
Data Handling & Retention
- Operational logs and message payloads are retained only as long as needed for processing, troubleshooting, or compliance, then removed or anonymized.
- You remain responsible for end-user disclosures and consents required under applicable laws and Facebook platform terms.
User Control & Revocation
- You may remove or disable the integration at any time from your Facebook Page/App settings or by revoking permissions granted via the Login Dialog.
- Revoking access may interrupt or disable Service features.
Availability & Changes
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may update or suspend the Service when necessary for security, compliance, platform requirements, or maintenance.
Security
- Transport security is enforced via HTTPS; request validation uses signatures/secrets where configured.
- You must keep your VERIFY_TOKEN and APP_SECRET confidential and rotate them if compromised.
- Do not share credentials in the Login Dialog or elsewhere beyond authorized administrators.
Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the maximum amount permitted under applicable law.
Termination
You may remove the webhook or revoke permissions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, platform violations, or legal/compliance reasons.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the service operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
