Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your data removed from the gohireworkers Facebook Messenger automation service, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1Identify yourself

Provide your Facebook Page/App name and, if applicable, the Page ID or the sender ID used in conversations.

2Send a deletion request

Email help@etfitsolutions.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the details above.

3Confirmation

We will confirm receipt and, once verified, remove associated logs and message data retained by the Service.

Message payloads and related metadata stored for processing, troubleshooting, or logging.
Any cached tokens or identifiers tied to the requesting Page/App or sender ID.

Deletion is typically completed within 30 days of a verified request, subject to legal or compliance requirements.
